Artificial intelligence is rapidly entering dental practices through clinical technologies, administrative systems, patient communications and business operations. However, successful adoption requires more than selecting a new tool. This multidisciplinary panel will explore how dental teams can build foundational AI literacy, identify appropriate use cases, evaluate and procure solutions, establish safeguards and manage organizational change. Panelists will offer practical guidance for moving from experimentation to responsible implementation while protecting patient information, maintaining professional oversight and ensuring that technology meaningfully supports patient care and practice operations.
